Foundational analysis of microscopic anatomy, human physiology and pathological disease processes, which are examined on the cellular, tissue, and organ levels. Physiology topics include a study of the normal functioning, while pathology discussions include the etiology, pathogenesis, morphology, clinical manifestations, and complications arising from disease conditions in these body systems. The associated physical, radiographic, and histologic findings of these pathophysiologic processes are included to provide further clinical context. This course addresses the cardiovascular system
