Foundational course focusing on the genome and genetic inheritance patterns. Common chromosomal aberrations and mutations that influence inheritance are addressed. Genome organization, architecture and regulation are integrated to provide an overview of clinical genomics. Student centered course activities illustrate the application of clinical genomics in patient care.
